Our furniture collection celebrates functional objects to be used as a catalyst for change in domesticity while allowing the space to re-establish our relationships with material things. Our approach allows the user to take agency over the chair as the owner grows; the furniture is independent of change and can be reconstructed by deconstructing the straightforward design.

The collection includes three different chairs, which will be made using birch plywood, and are all flat-packed and hardware-less. We began our chair production process by hand-cutting various prototypes and going through an iterative design process. Harnessing the power of technology in this space, we partnered with a small business to make our chairs at scale efficiently using a CNC machine. This collection meets our goal of making locally designed furniture more accessible, enabling makers, modular, affordable, and mobile.
